HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Whether you order by phone or email, please be sure to review your order confirmation for accuracy. All orders must contain complete product information (product name, product number, reed or heddle sizes) for items ordered and your account name and number, shipping addresses, and phone number.
E-MAIL ORDERS: (firstname.lastname@example.org) Orders will be acknowledged within 2 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please check to make sure we received your order.
PHONE ORDERS: When placing an order by phone, provide your name, your account name, and your account number. Please give the item number for each product ordered. The sales specialist taking your order will email an order confirmation to you with an estimated ship date.
PRICES: A price list has been included with your new dealer packet. You can also access the most recent price list on our website in the footer. Although we try to anticipate any price changes, our prices are subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE: There is a $5.00 charge for orders that are less than $100.00 wholesale. Parts order minimums are $5.00.
MINIMUM QUANTITY ITEMS: We stock some small products in packs for dealer orders. See dealer price list for a complete list.
SELLING SCHACHT PRODUCTS
SELLING POLICY: We provide a premium product and we expect dealers to offer our products at a price that reflects our high standards. When dealers sell Schacht products, we expect them to provide their customers with professional customer service and the best possible support. We expect dealers to be available to their customers and knowledgeable about Schacht products to assist them with product selection and instruction in their proper use. These value-added services are critical to the health of our industry and to your business. For these reasons, we expect dealers to offer our products at our suggested retail prices. We reserve the right to sanction or revoke dealerships for dealers who sell our products in any way that we feel violates our selling standards or policies.
Order FULLFILLMENT: Dealers may sell through their shop, their own website, and mail order. They may also sell through third-party online services such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBay, provided the fulfillment is through the dealer’s own business and not directly through the online seller.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized in advance by Schacht Spindle Company. The appropriate credits will be issued to your account after we have received the merchandise. Please do not make your own adjustments to your invoices and/or payments. Returns of merchandise for reasons other than an incorrect shipment (i.e., you or your customer changes their mind) may be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Be sure to insure all return shipments. Any damage incurred in shipping of returns will be charged to your account at the actual cost of repair.
