Shipping, 48 Contiguous States:
Small parcels are sent via FedEx or UPS whenever possible. Some shipments may be sent via USPS. If your mailing address is a post office box number, please provide us with the proper street address as FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a box number.
Shipping, Alaska & Hawaii:
Small shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are typically sen via US priority mail or FedEx. Large shipments and floor looms are generally shipped via truck, ocean, or air freight.
We are well versed in handling foreign shipments, so if you have any special requirements, we will help you make arrangements. Because we have distributors in Australia, Austria, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Iceland, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, Scotland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan, we cannot aid you in shipping to these countries, though you are not prohibited from shipping to these countries.
Standard Floor Looms, most Wolf Looms, and Cranbrook Looms are shipped via truck. all truck shipments are sent prepaid by shipper. For truck shipments sent directly to your customer, please provide your customer’s daytime and home phone numbers as well as their email. For residential deliveries, truck companies call and make an appointment prior to delivery. There is an extra charge from the shipping company for residential and liftgate delivery. Prior to shipping, we will send an email to your customer about how to receive their shipment.
The freight company’s responsibility is limited to off-loading shipments from their truck. Many drivers are extremely helpful and will also help unload the loom, but they are not required to do so. The customer should be present and may want another person available when the loom is delivered. If white glove service is required/desired, it must be contracted by the dealer or the customer.
All shipments sent directly to customers are considered separate orders that incur separate handling fees.
All FedEx, UPS, USPS, truck, etc., charges are billed at cost and are added to your invoice.
Items temporarily out of stock will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping will be added to back orders. If you do not accept back orders, please let us know and we will comply. If an item will be back-ordered longer than two weeks we will notify you.
Rush orders are accommodated as possible, and may be assessed an additional $5.00 processing rush fee.

Dealers and drop ship customers should check all packages immediately upon receipt. if there are any signs of damage or loss (open or torn packages), show these to the delivery person and make note of it on their and your copies of the freight bill. Keep all cartons and packing materials and report the damage to us immediately so we can arrange for repairs or replacement parts. Failure to do so may result in our inability to make a claim, at which point the recipient/dealer will be responsible.
All damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. All repairs or replacement parts that are not requested within 10 days will be supplied and billed at the current wholesale cost.
FedEx & UPS:
We are responsible for making the claim if the shipment was made via FedEx or UPS. Be sure to follow the procedure for reporting the damage or loss.
The recipient is responsible for making claims through your local post office.
We will make all truck claims.
Shipments from you to your customer:
We are no responsible for items shipped from you to your customer. You must make these claims with your chosen carrier.
When shipping to the same location:
– Shipping two floor looms is the same cost as shipping one.
– Add a spinning wheel to your floor loom order for the same shipping cost.
– Inkle looms and 14 yard warping boards fit two per box – order in multiples of two to save!
