Description

Choose the dobby style you prefer for your Megado: a mechanical dobby (comes with 20 program bars) or our Computer Dobby 2.0.

The mechanical dobby comes with 20 program bars. Set up your treadling sequence with pins in the bar's holes, numbered to match the shafts. The pins control shaft movement as you weave your design.

The Computer 2.0 Dobby has universal voltage compatibility and attaches directly to the loom castle. While you'll need a computer or tablet to run your weaving design software, you do not have to install any drivers on your own device for the Computer Dobby. Its software can operate the dobby, reading your WIF (weaving information file) to follow your lift plan. Transfer your WIF to the Computer Dobby via wifi or a cable connection.
