The clamp block fits on hardware attached to the base of the Swift. You'll reuse this hardware to install the new clamp block.

1. Remove the cap nut at the bottom of the carriage bolt. Remove the washer, the hex nut, and the old clamp block.
2. Slide the clamp block onto the carriage bolt shaft. Add the washer to the bolt shaft. Add the hex nut to the bolt shaft. Reattach the cap nut and tighten securely.
