Sales and Customer Care Specialist

 

Starting: $19-$22

Full time: 40 hr./week

The Sales and Customer Care Specialist is an integral part of the sales and customer service team. Duties include sales support, greeting visitors, assisting customers over the phone, email, or in the person. Record-keeping, order entry, correspondence, and special research projects are other components of this position.

Strong interpersonal skills, including friendliness, a desire to help others, and enjoying working as a team member, are important to finding fulfilment in this position. A keen eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent keyboard skills, and proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite are a must.

This position requires meticulous organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office. Knowledge of and enthusiasm for spinning and weaving is important to assisting customers and job satisfaction.
