Our specialists will determine how we can best make the situation right, as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you, the customer.
If you purchase a Schacht Spindle Company product without defects and decide that you want to return the product, we will accept returns of items in resellable condition.

For returns within 30 days of purchase, ship the product back to us at your cost. We will fully refund the purchase price.

For returns after 30 days of purchase, ship the product back to us at your cost. We will refund the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 10% or $10, whichever is greater.
