The spring includes one spring for the axle; the axle kit includes the axle, spring, hardware to attach the axle, and a 1/8" hex wrench (Allen wrench). Hardware attaching the axle to the horizontal warping mill was updated in 2019. The spring did not change and should fit mills sold before 2019.
