The front maiden has a screw on its right side. Loosen this screw with a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the old bearing.
Insert the new bearing, setting its edges parallel to the front maiden. Tighten the screw.
If the bearing is crooked or rotates as you spin, loosen this screw and seat the bearing properly. Tighten the screw enough so you can't knock the bearing out of position.
