Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your course registration more than 8 days before it starts, you'll receive a full refund. For cancellations within 8 days of the course date, we'll refund 50% of the fee.

If Schacht must cancel the course for any reason, including travel difficulties (such as weather conditions) or instructor illness, we will issue a full refund and notify you as soon as possible. We will try to offer a reschedule date at the time of the cancellation.

Stephanie Flynn

Stephanie has a degree in Retail Merchandising from Rochester Community and Technical College, and a degree in Accessory Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is a Schacht girl through and through. Name a Schacht product, and chances are she spins or weaves on it! Stephanie returned to Schacht in 2020 (after a few years away) as a Sales Specialist.
