When you're ready to spin, attach the footmen to the front holes in the treadles. This will prevent damage to the footmen.

When you're folding the Sidekick, attach the footmen to the back holes in the treadles.

1. Detach the footman bottom from the treadle by removing the footman knob.
2. Unscrew the old vibration mount from the bottom of the footman.
3. Screw the new vibration mount into the bottom of the footman.
4. Attach the footman to the treadle with the footman knob.
