Beater Pin Kit for Wolf/Standard Floor Looms

You will need a #2 Phillips screwdriver.

1. If necessary, use the screwdriver to remove the old beater pin and holder.
2. Insert the screw through the hole in the end of the beater pin chain and through the hole in the beater pin holder. From the outer side of the loom, fasten the screw into the small pilot hole in the outside right leg (for Wolf looms) or the right upper side support, between the right castle side and the ratchet dog (for Standard Floor looms).

If your loom does not have a hole for the beater pin holder, it's easy to drill one. The location doesn't have to be exact—it just has to be close enough for the chain to reach from the holder to the large hole for the pin.

Mark a location for the holder's screw:

• for a Standard Floor Loom, on the right upper side support about 1" in front of the castle
• for a Wolf loom, on the right outside leg about 2" down from the large hole for the pin.

Drill a small pilot hole with a 13/64" bit for the #6 x 5/8" sheet metal screw. Follow the instructions for attaching the beater pin holder.
