Beater Support Kit for Standard Floor Looms

You'll need to remove the beater from the loom to install this kit.

See the assembly manual for your loom, found on this website. The assembly manual for flat-packed (international) looms explains how to install an assembled beater—follow these steps in reverse to remove the beater.

To replace the beater support:

1. Remove the hardware attaching the support to the inner face of the beater side. Remove the old beater support.
2. Set the new beater support in position on the inner face of the beater side, aligning all holes. From the outer face of the beater side, insert a carriage bolt through each hole. From the inner side, add a washer to the bolt shaft, then add a hex nut. Tighten the hex nuts as much as possible.

Replace the assembled beater on the loom, following instructions in the assembly manual for flat-packed looms.
